Ashcroft, Millbray’s new over 50s lifestyle community in Flagstone, has officially launched following a well-attended Community Reveal Event held at the Flagstone Vista Park.

The event provided an opportunity for prospective residents to engage with the vision for Ashcroft, the masterplan, home designs and lifestyle ahead of the firest release of homes. Guests were able to explore the detail behind the community, including Club Croft - a private, resident-only lifestyle precinct featuring 5,000 square metres of amenity designed to support connection, wellbeing and everyday ease.

First release fully sold following strong demand

Following the event, the first release of homes has now sold out, reflecting strong early demand for the community.

Ashcroft is now progressing to its next stage, with Expressions of Interest open for Release Two. The upcoming release will include a further selection of homes, continuing the community’s focus on considered design and low-maintenance living.

Construction at Ashcroft is well underway, with the first homes expected to be ready for residents to move in later this year.
